I thought this hotel was gonna be amazing, but it was rather disappointing. The shower temperature was unstable and the water pressure was low. The breakfast area felt cramped, and it was difficult to have a conversation while eating due to the noise. I regret to say it did not meet my expectations, so I don't know if I recommend it.

The bedroom provided ample space. I found a lot of closet space plus many power outlets. The bathroom included enough space for organizing personal items. The staff was very helpful plus very friendly. Breakfast, spa, and cocktail bar were also good.
I was not aware of the party that occurred on the eighth floor till the early morning hours. The noise kept me awake for quite a while. The disturbance was very loud.

The pool area has a depth range from 1 meter to 2 meters. There are twenty loungers plus a shaded section. The gym includes three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. Guests can also use free weights.

i found rooms quite comfortable, particularly the bed and pillows. the staff provided super friendly and helpful service. the location proved great, and the breakfast selection was varied with quality choices.
the air conditioning struggled to reach even 17.5 degrees celsius, causing discomfort. the level 8 bar also closed early at 11:30 pm on a friday.
